Delete your SalesPing account
SalesPing is developed by chochoapps (Szymon Dziedzic). You can delete your account and all of its data at any time.
In the app
- Open SalesPing and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Delete account and confirm.
The account is deleted immediately.
Without the app
Send an email to chochoapps@gmail.com from the address you use in SalesPing, with the subject “Delete my SalesPing account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, name and sign-in identifiers.
- Your connected apps with their settings and product names.
- All sales events, daily statistics and history imports.
- Notification settings and push tokens of your devices, and widget data.
- The Apple notification addresses and Google Play notification topics created for your apps, so no further store notifications are received.
What is kept
- Records of SalesPing Pro purchases kept by Apple, Google and our payment processor RevenueCat, as their billing and tax rules require.
- Server logs, which are removed automatically within 30 days.
Deleting the account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
